A specialist in musculoskeletal radiology. He is a graduate of the University of Otago and trained in radiology in Christchurch. He completed a fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, Washington University in St Louis, Missouri USA and gained American Board of Radiology certification.
He returned to his home town of Auckland in 1992 and has made an important contribution to musculoskeletal medicine in Auckland through his work in Auckland Radiology Group and in the radiology department at Auckland Hospital. His areas of expertise include orthopaedic, rheumatology, musculoskeletal tumour and sports medicine imaging. |
